By signing up for and using SpeakEdge.ai's conversational web bot services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the service immediately.

2. Client Responsibilities

Consent Management:

As a client of SpeakEdge.ai, you are responsible for obtaining explicit consent from end-users before collecting any personal information via our conversational web bots.

Compliance:

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of SpeakEdge.ai's services complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• The Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act) in India
• Applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

Prohibited Data Collection:

You must not use our bots to collect sensitive personal information (such as financial details, passwords, or government IDs) unless such collection is lawful, necessary, and compliant with applicable regulations.

3. Service Usage

License:

SpeakEdge.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its conversational bot services in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited Uses:

You are prohibited from using SpeakEdge.ai to:

• Engage in unlawful activities
• Send unsolicited or spam communications
• Violate the privacy rights of end-users
• Misrepresent your identity or your organization when interacting with end-users

Misuse of the platform may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Data Handling

Data Ownership:

All personal data collected via SpeakEdge.ai bots belongs to the client who deployed the bot. SpeakEdge.ai processes this data only as a service provider and in accordance with the client's instructions.

Security:

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest, and access control protocols.

Anonymized Data Usage:

We may use aggregated and anonymized data for analytics, service improvement, and system performance monitoring. This data does not identify any individual.

5. Liability and Indemnity

Client Liability:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpeakEdge.ai from any claims, damages, or penalties resulting from your misuse of the services or non-compliance with applicable regulations.

SpeakEdge.ai Liability:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Termination of Services

SpeakEdge.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activities.

7. Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically to reflect changes in our services or regulatory requirements. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
